Where are you based?

• All of our pieces are handcrafted in our workshop based in the famous Birmingham Jewellery Quarter. Our official shop address is: 33 Hylton Street, Birmingham, B18 6HJ - However, all visits must be booked in advance as we do not facilitate walk-ins.

What is the turnaround?

• We allow between 7-10 working days for mirror grillz, 10-15 for diamond caps depending on the quantity.
• Once your grillz are complete we will mark your order as fulfilled and you will be able to track your package.

Can I eat/smoke with grillz?

• We strongly advise against eating with your grillz. This may cause damage to the grillz and your teeth.
• We don't recommend smoking with your grillz. This will cause them to tarnish which will result in a dull finish. However, do offer dental metals such as chrome and dental yellow gold which are tarnish resistant.

Do I have to visit the store?

• We mainly create grillz from moulds taken by our clients at home as its a simple process and saves them the hassle of travelling to us.
• The kit includes two putty's, mouth tray, return envelope and a form to mark your cap locations. Step by step instructions are printed on the back explaining how to accurately take your mould.

• Nasherz Gold Grillz is not responsible or liable for any complications/potential problems which could occur as a result of the process. I therefore, commit myself to the process at my own risk; before, during and after.

• I agree to declare all existing dental/health problems before I start the process. Nasherz Gold Grillz will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions, injury, loss of earnings or future problems that may develop as a result.

• Nasherz Gold Grillz is not responsible for any personal injury to myself or others caused by using their products, I agree to use at my own risk. (We advise against sleeping, eating, taking part in strenuous activities or leaving your grillz in for long periods of time.)

• All payments are non-refundable due to the products nature.

PRIVACY POLICY

• All information shared with Nasherz Gold Grillz is kept completely confidential and will only be used for its intended use which is for fulfilling purchases.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

• Each product will vary to its own turnaround time. For custom commission's - please be aware production time will reflect the complexity of the work. Upon consultation and taking client impressions, we can provide you with a slightly more accurate wait time.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges on these products. Each product is bespoke, made to fit the 'individual' only.

• Buyers who have bought online, have the right to cancel the order one day after the order is placed by contacting us via our website.

• Buyers who have bought online, have 14 days to return the product(s) from the delivery date. Only if it appears to be faulty and this is agreed by both parties after further investigation - due to the product(s) bespoke nature.
